​Note: While Art Seidenspinner was the primary developer, College Heights Estates is actually a collection of subdivisions developed at different points in time by a variety of developers and builders.  Collectively, these subdivisions are generally known as 'College Heights Estates'.

Note: Dr W O Eversfield & his wife Lillie owned a farm located where College Heights Estates was developed.

Land Patent - Smith's Folyes
Note: This land patent was granted to William Smith by Lord Baltimore for the King of England in 1727.  The W O Eversfield farm and ultimately College Heights Estates were located 135+ years later within the geographic area of this land patent.

Land Patent - Jacksons Necessity
Note: In 1876 Dr W O Eversfield sold a tract of land which included Edmonson's Pasture (part of a resurvey of Jacksons Necessity and also part of Smith's Folyes) to William F Deakins.
