College Heights Estates (CHE) is an unincorporated area of 200+ homes, within a larger unincorporated area called “Hyattsville”.  CHE is bounded by three incorporated towns: University Park, which is to the north & west; College Park, which is to the south; and Hyattsville, which is to the east. CHE was designated a Historic District in 2013.
